Balloon store

After being a loyal customer for 9 years & spending thousands of dollars with them I have found the customer care skydive when I needed to cancel one order. I was told I couldn't as they'd inflated my balloons 2 days before my party. Most places offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. What upset me the most was the sales persons appalling attitudes & rudeness as there is no reason or excuse for it. I will never purchase from this shop again & have found that the cost is double what you'd pay from Big W & other local party outlets despite them being the exact same brands of party wear & balloons. Very nice people while you are spending money but the customer service stops there & that's a true test of a good place to buy. Avoid avoid avoidEdit:The balloons had already started to deflate by Saturday so we felt doubley ripped off!I ended up buying a number 10 from Big W for my daughter at a later date for half the price & it lasted for weeks! Hmmmmmm go figure! I’ve already referred over a dozen people to Big W who are enjoying the lower prices, oh & the staff are very accommodating & not at all rude like at Party Plus

I went on the website and organised a delivery for my friends 60th.Paid extra for Same Day Delivery.When the calendar came up with choice of delivery day,the only date on there was Current days, date : 19th.There were no other options to choose from.Nor could I track the Delivery as it says to do in the confirmation e-mail.Probably because there was No Delivery, to track.Friends Birthday has come and gone along with my money.Fix your Website!

Burst Away did the balloon arrangement for our wedding reception. They were so beautiful and the colours matched our wedding theme so well. I would highly recommend them!!

Disappointed customer here :( Huge time frame given for delivery (despite ordering weeks in advance) meaning balloons were outside on a hot day.Only a colour guide given by me for a bright bunch of balloons and appears that they have taken advantage of me giving them creative freedom by using up undesirable colours.Balloon quality looks poor compared to balloons pictured on website.Poor customer service when these issues were brought to their attention... they have never responded to my email. Would not recommend these balloons at all!

The staff were very accomodating and friendly. Their arrangements were amazing and the shop had everything I needed to prepare for my mum's birthday. Definitely a one-stop shop! Will go to again for future celebrations.

I was planning a very special surprise birthday party for my husband - and I wanted something a bit 'razzle dazzle' to mark the occasion. I saw Lightitup Balloons on the internet and decided to find out a bit more. Barry was so accommodating and just a real pleasure to deal with. His suggestions & advice were very much appreciated and he truly cares about his customers. When we walked into the restaurant, we were so happy with the decorations and so were our guests!
